This triangular occasional table, also referred to as the “Guitar Pick Table,” was designed by Phillip Lloyd Powell in his New Hope Studio around 1965. The table beautifully highlights the aesthetic appeal of walnut. The tripod structure of the table, accentuated by tapered legs, undergirds the tabletop, displaying the wood’s distinctive grain and sap streaks. it’s rounded edges enhance their subtle, sculptural aesthetic, giving it a unique appeal.
