About this Lingerie Chest

Crafted from Claro walnut, this piece draws inspiration from Ebner’s iconic 1965 Chest of Drawers. It showcases Ebner’s signature masterful design and craftsmanship, solidifying his place as a leading figure in Studio Furniture.

Originally commissioned for Victoria Lady de Rothschild, this piece is highlighted on page 83 of David Ebner: Studio Furniture by Nancy Schiffer.

Custom commissions are available.

Through his sculptural use of beautiful woods, modernist and classic forms, David Ebner epitomizes the American Studio Furniture Movement. Following in the footsteps of the early masters, George Nakashima, Wharton Esherick, and Wendell Castle, under whom he studied, Ebner has created a unique niche for himself as a designer of “antiques of the future.”
